At eCig Hellas we take the utmost care to ensure that products been shipped are free of defect, you can request a change-return when:
The product does not satisfy you.
It is defective (DOA).
Received something other than what was ordered.
Misused, damaged or broken products will not be refunded.
Please make sure to qualify for a change or Return that:
1. The product is in its original packaging and that it is in the condition that was sent.
2. Please make sure that all the part, accessories, manuals, etc are also in the original package
Shipment of changed products gets sent out after receiving the product and then tests it within 3-4 business days. Refunds can be either in money return or as credits. Credits can be used to buy other products from our website.
The delivery costs of products returned to eCig Hellas is covered by the customer. Products being returned to you are covered by us, this is if you have qualified for a change or return as stated in the above mentioned.
When returning products please make sure:
